Laureano Arquero Vinuesa

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (1968-1973). Member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 1974.
He has over forty years of experience in the practice of law, developing a large part of his professional career in the procedural field before Courts and Tribunals throughout Spain.
Throughout his career he has been involved in numerous proceedings of special relevance in matters of criminal, labor and civil law, as well as in matters of great legal complexity.
Currently, he continues to collaborate with the firm, contributing his extensive procedural experience and coordinating the work of the various professionals on the team.

Catalina Pou Mateu
Founding Partner · Lawyer
Graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands. Member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 1982.
He has extensive experience in criminal proceedings and stands out for his special dedication in the field of Penitentiary Law, assisting inmates and their families in matters related to the execution of sentences, permits, progressions in degree and appeals before the Penitentiary Surveillance Courts.

Marta Arquero Pou
Lawyer
Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (2006-2011) and practicing member of the Illustrious Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 2011.
Master's degree in Insolvency Law and Business Restructuring from the University of the Balearic Islands.
She has been part of Arquero & Pou Abogados since 2016, having previously worked at Deloitte Legal in Palma, in the corporate and commercial law department. For two years she lived in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she perfected her German and collaborated with a local law firm, gaining experience in an international legal environment.

Belén Porcel Oliver
Lawyer
Graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (2005 - 2010) and registered with the Illustrious Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since May 2011.
She holds a Master's degree in Legal Practice and specialized training. Before joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer in a law firm covering all branches of law, and later as a corporate lawyer. After that, she decided to go into business on her own and specialize in Criminal and Civil Law.
The firm focuses its professional practice on the field of criminal law.

Elena Mir Alcover

He has developed his professional career at Banco Santander and later at the Marrero Henning law firm, acquiring extensive experience in the field of commercial, real estate, corporate and immigration law.
He joins Arquero & Pou Abogados, bringing his experience in advising companies and real estate transactions.

Gabriel Caffaro Font

He graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2009-2014). Subsequently, he obtained a Master's degree in Legal Practice and has been a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 2018.
She began her professional career at the law firm Roca Junyent–Riutord Abogados (2016-2021), where she focused her practice on civil liability litigation, as well as on matters of obligations and contracts. She also participated in various criminal proceedings of different kinds.
Subsequently, he took over the management of the Palma de Mallorca office of a leading Madrid-based consultancy specializing in legal and financial services during the period (2021-2026).

María de Lluch Deyá Alemany

She has been a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 2023.
Collaborates with the firm in procedural representation before the Courts and Tribunals, managing the processing of judicial procedures and the relationship with the judicial bodies.
